Our combination packages are top-of-the-line in terms of fossil hunting excursions in the Lowcountry of South Carolina! We offer these packages for those that really wanting to “kill two birds with one stone” when visiting our area for fossils. Please note that when booking the Kick-Starter or the Nitty-Gritty you will need to include the actual dates and desired start times in the notes during booking so that we can make those necessary adjustments for you while you still get to keep that package discount!
Packages and Costs
The Kick-Starter
The Kick-Starter is our most basic package and is designed for someone wanting to experience both the dry dig and the creek excursion. This package includes a 2 hour Sifting Island Excursion and a 4 hour dry dig that can be split up into 2 days or completed over the course of a single day. The prices are as follows:
1 Adult – $450 plus tax
2 or more adults – $425 plus tax per adult
12-17 years of age – $200 plus tax each
3-11 years of age – $125 plus tax each
The Nitty-Gritty
The Nitty-Gritty includes a 3 hour Sifting Island excursion and a 6 hour dry dig which can be completed in a single day or over the course of 2 days. The prices are as follows:
1 Adult – $600 plus tax
2 or more adults – $550 plus tax each
12-17 years of age – $250 plus tax each
3-11 years of age – $150 plus tax each
Weekend-Tag-Along
The Weekend-Tag-Along is our most advanced package and includes over 72 hours of hunting! With this package you arrive and meet with us at 10 am on your chosen start day to go over the schedules for the weekend and decide what you want to fill your days with! What’s more? This package provides you with 24/7 access to all of our private locations and includes a free tour of our private laboratory and fossil display space! Prices are as follows:
1 Adult – $1,500 plus tax
2 or more adults – $1,400 plus tax each
12 – 17 years of age – $750 plus tax each
3 – 11 years of age – $350 plus tax each
The Double-Decker
6 Hour Dry Dig and an 8 Hour Sifting Island Adventure – Prices are as follows:
1 Adult – $895 plus tax
2 or more Adults – $850 plus tax per person
Ages 10 – 17 years of age – $350 plus tax each
Ages 3 – 9 years of age – $150 plus tax each
The Dirty Ten
6 Hour Dry Dig and a 4 Hour Sifting Island Adventure – Prices are as follows:
